The Revere Turf Initiative is the first broad scale collaborative effort in the Revere District among parents, community members, business leaders and the administration. The project calls for installing a turf field to serve the football, lacrosse, soccer, baseball, softball, band, golf and cheerleading programs. It would also reconfigure and install a new 8 lane track that will accommodate a regulation width soccer field.

The group seeks to raise $650,000.00 in private funds with pledges payable over three academic years, four tax years beginning October 2008 and bringing this needed improvement to the district without additional tax dollars. This is an achievable goal that will vastly improve the Revere Stadium facilities and provide momentum behind future innovative solutions.
